Website and application terms
These pages are operated by Tathan Martell, publicly known as Tate Martell, to provide information about a life insurance sales opportunity and receive expressions of interest. Provide accurate information about yourself and a phone number and email address you are authorized to use. Do not submit another person’s information without authority or misuse the forms.
The website is intended for adults age 18 and older. Submitting an initial application is not a contract, an insurance license application, an offer of employment, or authorization to sign documents on your behalf. Later contracting steps have their own requirements and agreements.
About the opportunity
The opportunity described here is full-time, commission-only life insurance sales, with remote or San Diego in-person options subject to actual availability. Commission-only means there is no salary or guaranteed income under the opportunity described on these pages. Production, eligibility, compensation terms, and individual results vary.
Available resources are described as free leads, free systems, daily training, and live support. These resources do not guarantee a particular number or quality of leads, sales, licensing, appointment, contracting approval, work placement, or earnings. Any licensing, examination, or other third-party requirements and charges must be discussed separately; “free resources” is not a promise that every possible cost is covered.
The team will discuss the actual role, licensing requirements, compensation, and contracting steps with you. Website information does not replace the written agreements that apply if you proceed.
Tathan Martell Application Receipt SMS
This optional informational SMS program sends one automated text confirming receipt of a new application submitted to Tathan Martell. It does not include appointment or onboarding reminders, leader notifications, promotional job campaigns, insurance sales pitches, or unrelated marketing.
Applicants opt in through a clearly labeled, optional SMS checkbox, which is unchecked by default. Providing a phone number, accepting website terms, or requesting a login code does not automatically opt anyone in to the application receipt. Submitting an application again does not replace a previously saved communication preference or trigger another receipt.
Texts are not required to apply, create an eligible account, or continue onboarding. This consent covers only the application-receipt program. Any future messaging program requires its own appropriate consent and registration before use.
Message types, frequency, and charges
Message frequency is one application receipt per new opted-in application. A receipt is scheduled between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM in the time zone you confirm. You may also receive a response when you request help or change your opt-out status. Replying START can reverse a previous opt-out but does not create a new application, supply consent, or resend the receipt.
Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan. You are responsible for your carrier’s charges. Messages are informational, not emergency communications, and their delivery or timing is not guaranteed.
Text delivery is not active in a preview or on any page marked unavailable. Displaying these terms or selecting a preview checkbox does not mean a live messaging service or carrier registration has been activated. User-requested phone-verification codes, when enabled, are separate from Application Receipt SMS.
Stopping texts and getting help
Once the messaging program is enabled, reply STOP to a program text to unsubscribe. You may receive one final opt-out confirmation, after which program texts stop unless you affirmatively opt in again. You may also call (619) 716-7168 for assistance or to request that recruiting follow-up stop.
Reply HELP to an enabled program text for assistance, or call (619) 716-7168. Do not send Social Security numbers, passwords, verification codes, banking information, or other sensitive information in a text. Notify us if your enrolled number changes or is no longer yours.
An SMS opt-out does not itself cancel or delete an application. The Privacy Policy describes information use, retention, and privacy requests.
Availability and limitations
Pages, calendars, and communications depend on third-party services and may be unavailable, delayed, or contain errors. Contact the team if a next step is unclear; do not assume that clicking a booking or registration link completes that step.
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. These terms do not waive rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, or promise uninterrupted service or a recruiting outcome.
These terms are version 2026-10-06. Changes will be posted here. A change that requires new consent will not be treated as accepted merely because your phone number is already on file.
